It was 1992 and a couple of high school seniors with non-existent academic focus were bored in class. Sometime in late fall I passed a note to my buddy asking about payment for an upcoming school ski trip. In typical fashion, he answered with jibberish:
I responded in-kind. We silently passed the notebook back and forth and filled the page with random successive words that had no relation to one another.
The piece of paper was flipped over and quickly titled “Page of No Relation” before more word strings filled the back of the page. We were really bored.
This piece of paper remained in the back of my notebook forgotten for months. The following spring while bored to tears in AP Biology class, a third friend got in on the action. We nearly filled the front and back of a second page.
This idiodic randomness was a pillar of our humor and continues to bring us endless laughter as we remain close friends to this day.
Over 20 years later, this blog is nothing more than a whimsical continuation of the same idea, hence the tag line:
Random things that interest, amuse or disturb me for whatever reason.
